Account & Data Deletion

Mirra Note LLC (“Mirra Note”) provides users with the ability to delete their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

You may request account deletion in either of the following ways:

In the app
If you have access to the Mirra Note app, you can delete your account at any time by navigating to:
Profile→ Profile Settings→ Delete My Account

By email
If you no longer have access to the app, you may request account deletion by emailing:
founders@mirranote.com
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Mirra Note account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

  • User account information (name, email, preferences, address)

  • Journal entries and reflections

  • AI-generated letters, quotes, and prompts.

  • Emotional and thematic metadata and summaries

  • Personalization profiles and rolling narratives

  • Subscription status and delivery preferences

What data is retained

Certain data is retained only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Payment and transaction records processed by Stripe are retained for tax, legal, and anti-fraud compliance for up to seven (7) years

  • These retained records are not used for personalization or analytics

Retention timing

  • Account and journaling data is deleted promptly after a deletion request is processed

  • Some backend systems may require a short processing period before deletion is fully completed

Additional requests

You may request:

  • Confirmation of deletion

  • A copy of your personal data prior to deletion
